主要从事研究领域：中国文化传播、跨文化交际、翻译、跨文化外语教育。
科研成果：
近年来，先后在《中华医学教育探索杂志》、《上海中医药大学学报》、《中医教育》、《中国医药导报》等核心期刊发表有关中医药国际传播、跨文化外语教育和国际化人才培养的论文多篇。其中，“基于中医药对外传播的跨文化交际课程教学模式构建”一文被2019年《中国中医药年鉴（学术卷）》引用；“‘人类卫生健康共同体’视域下中医药高校学生跨文化能力培养探究”一文荣获上海中医药大学2021年度教育教学优秀论文二等奖，并在第十七届中国跨文化研究年会上做分组发言。
参与撰写《“外教社杯”高校学生跨文化能力大赛历届优秀案例选评》（2022）等书籍和专著多部，参编《医学人文英语》（2016）、《大学跨文化英语综合教程 综合练习》（即将出版）等教材多部。主持上海市高校重点课程建设项目（2021-2023）、校重点课程建设项目和中医药国际化项目等十多项，参与省部级项目多项。2017年入选上海中医药大学第三批骨干教师资助计划、2019年入选校“远志计划”，是上海市外文学会会员、中国跨文化交际学会会员。

为研究生讲授《中医翻译与跨文化交流》和《公共英语》课程。

Academic achievements:
Li Fang, majoring in Chinese cultural transmission for PhD study, is a council member of Shanghai International Studies Association and the member of China Association for Intercultural Communication. Winning different kinds of foreign language teaching competitions and “The Excellent Coach” for College Student Intercultural Competence Contest several times, she has conducted or been the member of provincial level or university-level research projects and published scholarly articles on TCM international transmission and intercultural pedagogy in key journals such as Chinese Journal of Medical Education, Journal of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Medical Herald, etc. In 2017, she was included into the Key Teachers Plan of Shanghai University of TCM; in 2019, she was awarded ‘Gold Medal Teacher’ by Shanghai University of TCM; in 2019, she was included into the Yuan Zhi Plan for Young Leaders.
