课程基本要求:

英语听说课的教学对象为已经通过了大学英语四级考试的学生,希望通过本教程的学习,克服前阶段哑巴英语的倾向,培养学生一定的听说能力,以听带动说,使学生养成良好的口头交际的习惯,初步达到清晰、流畅、达意的水平。通过训练,使学生能用简单而基本正确的英语表达思想,同时做到思维清晰,表达具有一定的逻辑性。

EnglishListening and Speaking Course is intended for the students who havepassed  CET--4 Test. It is hoped that through the study of thecourse, the students could get rid of the habit of “dumb English”formed throughout the previous period of study. They are to betrained to develop to a certain level the ability of listening andspeaking the language of English. The process of listening is carriedout before that of speaking so as to make it easier for the studentsto  practice speaking, enabling them to form a generally acceptablehabit of oral communication. If possible, it is preferred that theyshould achieve the standard of clarity, fluency and expressiveness intheir utterance. It is required that the students should expresstheir thoughts using simple but basically correct English coherentlyand logically.


大纲内容:

一. 前言

【课程目的】帮助已通过大学英语四级考试的学生在语言的口头应用方面更趋灵活自如,能达到边思考边表达的程度。

教学要求:通过本阶段的学习,使学生在英语口语的表达方面做到基本正确得体。本课程总学时为40学时,教学中教师讲授与学生讨论穿插进行。学生的成绩主要由期末考试成绩决定,同时部分参照学生在课堂讨论中的表现。

二. 教学要求和内容、方法

开头两周

【目的要求】

使学生了解本课程的教学方法、步骤和对学生的基本要求。

【教学内容】

本阶段学生仍在选课,处于这一不定阶段,拟安排影视节目的观赏,然后组织学生就节目内容进行讨论。

同教学内容。
