胡鸿毅,医学博士。上海中医药大学副校长,龙华医院消化科主任医师。曾任浙江大学本科生院副院长。作为主要完成人获得国家级教学成果特等奖、一等奖各1项、二等奖2项,省部级科技进步奖3项;上海市教育科学研究成果一等奖、三等奖各1项,并主持国家自然科学基金等多项研究项目。主要研究领域:中医药防治胃肠病的基础与临床研究,中医药教育标准与评价,中医全科医学人才培养,中医药术语翻译标准,中医药人工智能与虚拟仿真实验技术。


主要社会及学术兼职有:中华中医药学会常务理事、全科分会主任委员,上海市中医药学会会长、上海市医学会医学教育专业委员会主任委员;教育部中医学类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员,全国临床医学(中医学)、中药学专业学位教育指导委员会委员;全国中医药高等教育学会常务理事、教育管理研究会理事长。《辞海》分科主编(中医卷);《中国高等医学教育杂志》副主编,《中华医学教育杂志》《中华医学教育探索杂志》《中国临床医学杂志》编委。第二军医大学兼职教授,香港大学中医药学院和马耳他大学校外评审专家。

  1. Panax notoginseng Promotes Repair of Colonic Microvascular Injury in Sprague-Dawley Rats with Experimental Colitis[J]. Evid Based Complement Alternat Med, 2018, 2018(10):1-8.

Conclusion:Panax notoginseng could promote repair of injuries of colonic mucosa and microvessels via downregulating VEGFA isoforms and inhibiting Rap1GAP/TSP1 signaling pathway


(2) Sun Boyun, Yuan Jianye, Wang Shiying, Lin Jiang, Zhang Wanjun, Shao Jiadong, Wang Ruiqing, Shi Bei, Hu Hongyi. Qingchang Suppository Ameliorates Colonic Vascular Permeability in Dextran-Sulfate-Sodium-Induced Colitis[J]. Frontiers in Pharmacology, 2018, 9.

Conclusion:Qingchang Suppository can reduce colonic vascular permeability and can improve vascular endothelial barrier function maybe by regulating the VEGF/HIF-1α signaling pathway.

Conclusion:Panax notoginseng repairs vascular injury in experimental colitis via attenuating inflammation and oxidative stress in the colonic mucosa. Efficacy is related to initial administration time and dose.


(4) Wang Shiying, Sun Boyun, Yuan Jianye, Zhang Wanjun, Tao Ping, Lin Jiang, Hu Hongyi, The Different Effects of VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 on Regulating Angiogenesis Depend on Phosphorylation Sites of VEGFR2, Inflamm Bowel Dis. 2017;23:603–616.  

Conclusion:The activation of different phosphorylation sites of VEGFR2 leaded to VEGFA121 and VEGFA165 exerting opposing effects on angiogenesis, and it might be an underlying pathogenesis of UC and a potential target for UC treatment.
