 桑珍

 女,博士,上海中医药大学大学附属曙光医院主任医师,博士生导师。


 个人经历:

 1993.9--1995.7   复旦大学生命科学院

 1995.9--2000.7   上海中医药大学中医七年制硕士毕业

 2003.10--2006.7  上海中医药大学博士毕业

 2007.7--2008.6   美国耶鲁大学医学院内分泌科进修

 2000.7--至今     就职于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院。从2009年起作为骨干专家参与世界卫生组织传统医药国际疾病分类(WHO ICD11-ICTM)工作并多次在日内瓦工作会议上做主题发言;2010年8月被国家标准化管理委员会(SAC)派遣至欧洲参加为期一个月的ISO标准化培训,2010年被国家任命为ISO/TC249助理秘书,长期主持ISO/TC249具体工作。因其丰富的国际组织工作经验,2016年接任ISO/TC249秘书长工作。


 研究领域

 主要从事中医内科和中医药国际标准化的研究。


 学术成果:  

 近十年来以第一负责人身份承担国家青年基金课题一项,国家及市局级标准化领域课题十余项,国际合作课题一项。以主要参与者身份承担自然基金面上项目一项,国家社科基金一项。发表SCI及核心期刊论文十余篇。十三五统编教材《医学英语》主编。


 授课情况:

 担任中医翻译专业硕士研究生导师,为研究生讲授“中医药国际标准翻译”课程。


 获奖情况:

 上海市标准化优秀学术成果三等奖(2018)。

  • 2000.7-Present  Working in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese medicine. Since 2009, I have participated as a backbone expert in the work of the International Classification of Diseases of Traditional Medicine of the World Health Organization (WHO ICD11-ICTM) and delivered keynote speeches at several working meetings in Geneva. In August 2010, I was nominated by the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) for a one-month training on ISO standardization in Europe. In 2010, I was appointed as the Assistant Secretary of ISO/TC249 by SAC, and since then has presided over the specific work of ISO/TC249. With rich experience in international organizations, she was appointed as the Secretary of ISO/TC249 in 2016.

Academic achievements

In the past ten years, I was taking in charge of a national youth fund project, over 10 national and municipal projects related to standardization, and one international cooperation project. As a major participant, I undertook one project supported by National Natural Science Foundation and one supported by National Social Science Foundation. My publications include more than ten papers in SCI and core journals. I am also the editor-in-chief of Medical English, a textbook compiled for the 13th Five-Year Plan.


Teaching

As a supervisor for postgraduates majoring in Traditional Chinese medicine translation and a lecturer of the course "International Standard Translation of Traditional Chinese Medicine".


Awards

Third prize of Shanghai Outstanding Academic Achievements in Standardization (2018).
